Assoc Mgr Media Operation
Our Client, a Retail Cosmetics company, is looking for an Assoc Mgr Media Operation for their Remote location. Responsibilities: + Manage media budget tracking and reporting + Define and optimize processes and tools to drive clarity and streamline ways of working with cross-functional partners, and drive adoption across teams + Work closely with agency partners to streamline processes and ways of working, develop and implement templates, reporting dashboard needs and updates + Lead financial management, billing, tracking and reporting + Double Verify oversight, tracking and reporting + Project management and standardization of deliverables + Collaborate with UB Media and cross-functional teams, including Search and Affiliate, to define, implement and improve connections, consistency, efficiency + Support process and tools to unify Core Media and UB Media reports and results to share with leadership to create business efficiency and operational excellence + Manage and/or support media campaigns as needed Requirements: + Bachelor’s degree in media, marketing, business, or related field + 3+ years of experience managing media operations at an agency or brand + 3+ years of experience in integrated media planning and buying + Deep understanding of end-to-end media planning and buying processes, including audience and data strategy, custom content development, activations, measurement + Able to manage multiple priorities from different parts of the business + Experience motivating partner teams, internal and external, towards shared goals, anticipating needs, and collaborative problem solving + Must have experience working in matrixed organization settings, collaborating with cross-functional teams and business units, and managing/influencing various external agency partners + Strong communication skills, written and verbal + Proficient in Microsoft suite of products Why Should You Apply? + Health Benefits + Referral Program + Excellent growth and advancement opportunities As an equal opportunity employer, ICONMA provides an employment environment that supports and encourages the abilities of all persons without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or express, ethnicity, national origin, age, disability status, political affiliation, genetics, marital status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
