About the Job We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Site Operations Manager to join our Rental team. This individual will work with multiple cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of all site related projects. The ideal candidate has a strong background on project management in cross-functional team environments and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities Lead and manage end-to-end execution of site update projects and tasks for all three rental sites by collaborating with immediate and cross-functional teams Manage all aspects of site updates for marketing campaigns from start-to-finish by coordinating with the brand team, UIUX team, a/b testing leads, creative project managers, creative team, front-end & back-end engineering, store operations, and legal teams Submit site project requests to engineering teams using a ticket tracking system and ensure timely resolution of all requests Conduct auditing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure accuracy of site content and functionalities for all requested site updates Manage all aspects of site merchandising updates from start-to-finish by collaborating with the merchandising team, store operations, brand team, photo studio, asset management, and front-end & back-end engineering Create project-related documents to facilitate communication with cross-functional teams Keep track of project progress by creating and maintaining project documentation that includes tasks and completion status for site update projects Performs other duties as assigned, as needed What You’ll Bring | Skills & Experience 2+ years of site operations experience in eCommerce preferred Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience Strong project management skills with a proven track record of managing multiple initiatives, executing thoughtfully with attention to details, delivering high-quality work under tight timelines A track record of owning and driving end-to-end projects and tasks Strong communication skills with the ability to interact and align with multiple cross-functional teams at all levels Work well independently and collaboratively with all levels of the organization Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands. Ability to work well in a fast-moving environment and react quickly under pressure Experience with Microsoft Office suite of programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Please note that you do not need to qualify for all requirements to be considered. We take into consideration an individual’s skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
