Job Summary
This position assists the Supply & Trading groups in managing multiple aspects of the supply chain including forecasting, allocations, third – party freight carrier payments and account setups. This also involves troubleshooting and resolving customer loading issues in real time in order to capture sales and margin.
Core Responsibilities
Responsible for creation and analysis of monthly forecasts in excess of 10.7MM bbls monthly. Evaluate sales and issue weekly updates to monthly supply forecasts serving over 5,000 customer locations. Actively manage customer level allocations at approximately 200 terminals for both branded and unbranded customers. Works with supply schedulers, Pricing, Transportation and directly with customers to assist in achieving maximum margin and volumes. Manage program for identifying and capturing various arbs across the Sunoco geography. Develop and maintain Excel-based tracking tools the Supply Optimization group as well as internal customers use on a daily basis to monitor volumes and compliance. Troubleshoot and solve active loading issues across all terminals within Sunoco’s footprint. Provides input for developing supply chain processes and procedures for handling supply disruptions caused by changing market conditions, pipeline maintenance, severe weather etc. Actively communicate to customers any supply disruptions or allocation adjustments. Manage freight payments to third party carrier partners of Sunoco. Responsible for maintaining freight rates in Sunoco’s systems for both the Sunoco fleet as well as these third-party partners. Administer the company’s fuel surcharge program across its geography Manage rail car leases in support of Sunoco Race Fuels Helps manage TABS, DTN Fuel Admin, loading numbers and pidex codes within various internal and external systems.Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Business/Logistics or related field 0-2 years of industry experience Ability to remotely cover emails/phone calls on rotating weekends from 6a-6p Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills The ability to prioritize work requirements within tight, concurrent deadlines Ability to fully utilize all Microsoft Office software at the intermediate level including Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.) and PowerPointPreferred:
Functional knowledge related to commercial operations including Trading, Supply, Scheduling, Transportation, and electronic BOL movement systems. Working knowledge of DTN TABS, Salesforce and Right AngleWorking Conditions:

Usually, normal office working conditions. Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
