We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Associate, Accounting Research Analyst who will be responsible for accurate data collection from various public disclosures into our Audit Analytics’ product’s proprietary systems. This includes research through public disclosures, identifying key information, and completing accurate data entry while following all necessary data collection best practices, policies, and procedures. Data review and collection will be standardized to the English language. Work shifts can vary to coincide with global cross functional communication. 

Responsibilities Research and examine publicly available financial documents and identify relevant information via the webOrganize and collect detailed informationMeet data entry productivity requirements and maintain a high level of accuracyAdhere to current documentation guidelines and data collection best practicesCollaborate with peers for guidance on and improvement of data collection processesMaintain accurate databases through periodic quality control processesLiaise and work with US and/or global research teams remotely to ensure quality of work Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree required in Accounting and Finance or similar fieldDesire to learn about accounting, regulatory, and legal marketsAbility to maintain focus on quality of data entry while performing repetitive functionsDemonstrated ability in CEFR level C1 or C2 proficiency in written and spoken EnglishAbility to work independently and within a teamGood relationship skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels within a global organizationProficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and OutlookGood organizational and time management skillsGreat attention to detail
