The Associate, APAC Strategic Alliances will play an integral role in the continued success and development of Translations.com’s partner program, PartnerLink. In this role, you will support the Vice President in building strategic partnerships to support business development in APAC. A successful candidate will have the ability to multitask, work well with people from a variety of different backgrounds and cultures, and build relationships with clients and co-workers.

 

Responsibilities:

Develop an understanding of the competitive advantages of Translations.com’s services and technologiesFacilitate the alliance engagement process, including weekly and monthly activitiesIn coordination with sales, support new opportunities with your managed partnersTake an active role in learning about each partner’s industry, company culture, and goalsTrack and report all customer and partner interactions within the company’s CRM systemsSupport activities involved in building partner marketing materials

You experience includes:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) from a universitySuperior written and spoken communication skills in EnglishChinese native fluency considered a plusPrevious experience in a high tech environment with ability to communicate issues related to web technologiesGood analytical skills needed to project revenues, monitor budgets and other necessary calculationsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Willingness to travel for client pitches and partner events
