Description
The Asset-Backed Finance (ABF) Associate role will support senior team members in all aspects of Corporate Credit Securitization (“CCS”) advisory, credit analysis, credit underwriting, client marketing, and deal execution. The role will report to the Head of CCS and be based in Charlotte, NC. The CCS business provides debt and debt advisory services to US based middle market credit managers, including Direct Lenders and Private Capital managers.

At least 3+ years of relevant work experienceExperience reading and analyzing CLO bond indenturesStrong Excel skills manipulating large data setsExperience preparing leveraged loan and/or securitization loan credit analysis, including identifying and prioritizing transaction risks and mitigants in concise written formatFamiliarity with rating agency securitization methodologiesProactive, detailed-oriented, and proven ability to work independently on multiple projectsStrong oral and written communicatorProficient in Microsoft Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Education
Bachelor’s degree requiredHours and Work Schedule
Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
