What you’ll do
Support the development and maintenance of a high-quality portfolio of attraction products: Ensure Klook’s fast-growing global customer base has access to a diverse and high-quality selection of attraction products.
Engage with our merchants (both Enterprise and SMB): Regularly update and renew product information, manage booking/cancellation statuses, and handle customer service-related issues to maintain smooth operations.
Optimization: Continuously monitor and improve product quality, including pricing, inventory, and content, to maintain a competitive market position.
Coordination: Work closely with various internal teams, including supplier operations to improve efficiency, customer service to drive satisfaction and repeat business, and the payment team to ensure timely settlements.
Account Support: Provide training and daily operational support to suppliers, helping them navigate our processes and tools effectively.
What you’ll need
At least 3 years of work experience, with a preference for background in travel products such as attractions, activities, and tours.
Strong commercial acumen, along with excellent analytical and communication skills.
Fluency in both Japanese and Chinese (English proficiency is a strong advantage).
Confident, self-motivated, and goal-driven.
Globally-minded and comfortable collaborating with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
A start-up mindset - collaborative, entrepreneurial, and willing to take initiative and work independently when needed.
Ability to prioritize tasks based on their strategic importance and potential business impact.
