Serve as an escalation point for the Level 1 Command Center and Level 2 technology operations teams. Provide Level 3 escalation and on-call support for in-house developed software and third-party products for a large global distributed environment. Perform proactive health and hygiene tasks to maintain operational stability and compliance for risk and control programs. Design, develop, deploy and monitor SharePoint on premises and online environments. Develop custom applications to perform governance and monitoring. Develop Governance portals and Admin Dashboards for managing SharePoint, OneDrive, Yammer platforms. Integrate Microsoft 365 environments with firm software during acquisitions and business-as-usual, and migrate the contents between SharePoint and OneDrive. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any), Computer Science, or related field of study plus five (5) years of experience in the position offered or five (5) years of experience as a Senior Manager, Manager, Consultant, or related occupation in the technology field. Requires five (5) years of experience with: Designing and developing applications across Net, C#, MVC, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular and Microsoft SQL Server platforms; configuring, managing and troubleshooting SharePoint on premises and online; building custom applications within the Sharepoint environment; maintaining SharePoint online environment governance; performing migrations from SharePoint on premises to SharePoint Online; performing migrations within SharePoint online; PowerShell; PnP; Power Platform; Azure; Yammer; Metalogix Content Matrix; ShareGate; SPMT; Power Apps; Power Automate; Common Data Service; and Power BI. Requires one (1) year of experience with: Viva Engage.
