You will work closely with our core businesses and strategic partners to identify and execute innovative strategies that drive climate innovation. Job Responsibilities

Research and analyze industry landscapes to evaluate new opportunities and identify emerging trends. Source potential investment opportunities in ClimateTech. Conduct thorough due diligence on investment prospects. Assist in negotiating partnerships and investments with ClimateTech and FinTech companies. Collaborate with tech and product partners to ideate potential product strategies. Create presentation materials for senior stakeholders. Develop relationships with internal functional partners and CIB business partners. Engage with ClimateTech/FinTech companies, VC investors, and the broader climate community. Participate in industry events to network and identify emerging trends.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

3-5 years of experience in investment banking, markets, PE/VC, startups, management consulting, or strategy in the public sector. Strong interest in climate and climate innovation. Proficiency in quantitative storytelling and financial modeling. Ability to develop and convey compelling value propositions. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Willingness and ability to learn quickly. Collaborative, creative, and execution-oriented personal style. Strong time management and prioritization skills.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Experience in ClimateTech investing or product development. Deep knowledge of climate innovation.
