Associate, contactHR EMEA Regional Lead

About this role

Job Summary: The contactHR Regional Lead is responsible for managing the employee lifecycle, supporting inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, benefits, payroll, and time off. They serve as the front door to HR for employees, ensuring global support is centralized to hub locations and tailored to regional needs.

Key Responsibilities:

·Lead a team comprising of Functional and Operations Leads and team members to provide guidance and support.

·Monitor and follow up on pending Workday actions to ensure timely completion, minimizing impact to downstream processes.

·Provide regular updates to senior management on trends and efforts the team is taking to reduce inquiry volume.

·Collaborate with HR partners to address complex employee issues and provide guidance on resolution.

·Lead or participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR operations, employee experience and overall organizational effectiveness.

·Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure service delivery meets or exceeds established targets.

·Represent contactHR in large forums and meetings, advocating for team’s needs and contributions to the organization’s success.

·Engage in stakeholder management, building and maintaining key relationships to ensure alignment and support for contactHR’s initiatives.

·Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless HR service delivery and adherence to compliance standards.

Qualifications:

·Proven experience in HR operations, preferably in a leadership role.

·Strong understanding of HR systems, particularly Workday and ServiceNow.

·Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.

·Analytical skills to monitor key risk indicators and process improvements.

·Proven track record of managing projects and delivering on schedule.

Our hybrid work model
