岗位职责：

1、用户电话承接：及时、准确地接听客路平台中国大陆用户的电话咨询，运用专业知识和热情态度，为用户提供关于产品、平台活动、订单处理等多方面的详细信息，帮助用户解决使用过程中遇到的问题； 2、高效处理用户订单：承接用户的订单相关需求，包括但不限于根据用户要求精准修改订单信息、快速处理订单取消事宜，确保操作准确无误，保障用户权益； 3、积极跟进客户工单：负责处理用户工单，主动致电客户，深入了解问题细节，以专业的服务态度和高效的问题解决能力，为客户提供满意的解决方案，不断提升用户体验； 4、深度挖掘用户需求：在与用户沟通中，敏锐捕捉用户潜在需求，收集用户反馈，为产品优化和业务拓展提供有价值的参考依据，助力公司不断提升服务质量和市场竞争力； 5、协同其他业务部门：积极配合其他业务部门，为其提供电话客服支持，促进公司内部信息流通和协同工作效率，共同推动公司整体业务发展。 任职要求： 1、熟练运用电话与用户进行高效沟通，能够快速准确理解用户需求，并及时提供满意的解决方案，以确保用户问题得到妥善处理； 2、具备快速学习新知识和适应新环境的能力，能够迅速熟悉平台公司内部沟通流程以及平台热销产品的详细信息，以便更好地为用户提供服务； 3、具备一定英语水平（简单日常交流及英文邮件读写能力）者优先考虑，有助于拓展服务范围，应对国际用户咨询需求； 4、此岗位实行早晚班轮班制，月休 8 天，早班时间为 8:00 - 17:00，晚班时间为 14:00 - 23:00，且节假日上班将按照法定三倍工资发放。
