Team and Role Introduction:

The Role required to do :
-Administrative Support: Managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
-Communication: Acting as a liaison between executives and other staff, clients, or stakeholders.
-Travel Coordination: Arranging travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
-Event Planning: Organizing company events, meetings, or conferences if required
-Confidentiality: Handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
-Budget Management: Assisting with budget tracking and expense reports.
-Other assignments delegated based on necessity

Responsibilities:
Calendar Management: Maintain and coordinate schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for CEO /HOD's
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence of SMTs/CEO Meeting
Coordination: Organize and prepare for meetings, including agenda creation, note-taking, and follow-up on action items.
Project Support: Assist with particular project planning, tracking progress, and preparing reports or presentations as needed.
Travel Arrangements: Plan and coordinate travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for executives.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Event Planning: Organize and manage company events, meetings, or conferences as directions of CEO
Budget Tracking: Assist with budget of General management and particular expense reporting.
