Job Overview

Provide HR administrative services in a customer-focused environment, maintaining confidentiality and serving as the first point of contact for HR-related issues.

Essential FunctionsInput and maintain data in HR databases.Complete data maintenance and audits.Handle hire administration tasks, including employment letters, background screening, and health-related screenings.Provide customer service support, logging and resolving inquiries.File and track personnel documents.Handle complex requests and escalate as needed.Share best practices and suggest process improvements.Foster teamwork and participate in projects.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.2 years of customer service experience or equivalent education/training.Knowledge of company HR policies and administrative processes.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Strong attention to detail and data analysis skills.Proficient in computer applications and accurate data entry.Ability to identify and implement process improvements.Team-oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects in a high-pressure environment.Effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.
