Primary Purpose: The Licensing Associate will act as a key member of the Licensed Merchandising team, supporting the development and implementation of Global Merchandising strategies for the Licensed businesses across the direct and wholesale channels. The position will report to the Senior Manager and will focus on the Jewelry & Watch licensed categories.

Support Senior Manager in developing strategies across Direct and Wholesale. Manage seasonal development of categories through the product lifecycle. Act as liaison to all facets of the business across Licensees, Design, Global Planning, Buying, Visual Merchandising and Global Marketing teams to ensure deliverables and product lifecycle calendar deadlines are met. Prepare milestone meeting documents and presentations, with support from Assistant (i.e. linelists, assortment presentations, and other buying tools). Establish a strong understanding of competitive landscape and market trends to identify voids in current assortment/opportunities for business growth. Analyze Global sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to identify actionable next steps.
Partner with Global Planning and Business Units for additional sales analysis/reporting where needed, including customer insights.
Support IT, Licensees, Buying, Photography and all additional teams that touch Dropship to ensure a smooth process. Establish strong partnerships with Licensees and internal cross-functional teams. Partner with Assistant to manage daily Merchandising responsibilities and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
