As an Associate, M&A Integration , you will....

Serve as a key facilitator and driver of the due diligence, integration planning, and integration execution process of strategic initiatives companyWork within the M&A Integration team and across the functional team to understand requirements for each new acquisition, and then execute on those requirementsPartner closely and build trust and credibility with cross-functional experts throughout JLL and JLLTProactively oversee and evaluate project activities, build contingency plans, and execute corrective action on a timely basis to mitigate risksAssist in the crafting and documenting of thoughtful and thorough integration strategiesCommunicate clearly and succinctly with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and the achievement of integration objectivesAct as an information gatekeeper, understanding the complexity and sensitivity of each deal

To thrive in this role, you:

Are a self-starter, with a desire to continuously learnHave exceptional project management skillsHave strong attention to detail, follow-up, and excellent organizational skillsHave an agile mindset, and can showcase the keen ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities at onceUnderstand the importance of handling sensitive/confidential informationExperience using Microsoft 365, specifically proficient in utilizing Excel for financial modeling and PowerPoint for executive level presentationsHave excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsHave 1-3 years of experience in the M&A fieldA Bachelor’s degree in a related field
