Position Summary: Prose is looking for an Associate, Paid Search to join our Growth Acquisition team, and be responsible for the day-to-day management of our Google ads programs. This candidate will support the team in all facets of media management and optimizations across multiple programs (Search, Pmax, Youtube ads, Demand Gen etc.). You will be trained in data-driven media buying, collaborating with many cross-functional teams, understanding the customer funnel from watching, searching and buying. We're looking for a talented associate with a passion for performance marketing, user acquisition and a love for all things data. The anticipated base salary range for this role is $70,000 to $75,000 annually (+10% discretionary bonus). Actual compensation will be commensurate with experience, qualifications, knowledge, and skills. This role will be a hybrid position based out of our Williamsburg office and the expectation is that this person will be in the office 3 days per week. Key Responsibilities: + Develop and execute Google Ads and Bing ads marketing campaigns that exceed business goals. + Build and execute tests to optimize campaigns using data-driven insights + Forecast, generate and maximize revenue opportunities for our product lines + Help execute channel optimization including Performance Max, Google Search, Demand Gen and Youtube ads. + Track and report on campaign performance across all product categories and global markets to deliver actionable insights. + Work cross-functionally with various teams to drive customer growth + Continuously seek to improve key customer acquisition and conversion metrics + Stay up-to-date with industry trends, development in digital marketing and monitor competitive activities and strategies + Maintain positive collaboration with external partners (Google, creative agencies) + Continually strive to promote Prose’s mission and values Key Candidate Requirements: + B.A./B.S. preferred + 3+ years of SEM, Paid Search, Google ads experience and/or Digital Marketing, preferably in DTC, subscription services, or at a media agency + Experience managing Paid Search and Performance Max ads at scale, preferably for DTC or other CPG brands + Technical, analytical mindset with strong critical thinking skills with a solution-oriented mindset + High level of technical proficiency in Google suite, specifically Sheets and Slides + Working knowledge of analytical and data visualization tools (Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Looker) + Professional presence and communication skills with ability to multi-task across multiple priorities + Curious, self-motivated and highly results-driven in a fast-paced environment + Experience with shopping feeds and/or Youtube ads is an asset + Google Certification is a plus Perks & Benefits: Prose fosters inclusivity, learning, and diversity within our teams and workplace.
