Job Description
Associates for PSC are an integral part of a company's PS department. They are responsible for managing and administering different company's employee processes during the Game Changer’s life cycle through the company’s policies and local legal government regulations.
Associates will provide to the different stakeholders a fanatical experience that is positive, pro-active and professional, they are passionate and committed to consistent process improvement. They are valued for their willingness and ability to solve employee problems.
**ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:**
· Advise game changers and answer their questions, regarding the different processes administrated.
· Identifying opportunities for training and coach Game Changers Representatives through corrective and preventive measures.
· Conduct audits of the processes whenever necessary.
· Perform communications related to the different plan/process/policies changes when required.
· Identifying and reporting operational risks by analyzing services provided
· Recommending changes and participating in analysis of workflows and procedures to improve efficiency in member service.
· Adhere to department’s KPI
· Identify and Implement process improvement initiatives
· Communicate effectively and work hand in hand with the People Solutions department of every country to accomplish all the stablished goals.
· Maintain strong relationships with PSBPs and PS COEs within your realm of responsibility
· Ensure adherence of the processes handled into the different internal policies, government regulations and best practices.
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:**

· Intermediate to Advance Excel handling
· Ability to take decisions on the spot.
· Knowledgeable in identifying support trends and quickly responde to issues based on the Country.
· Confidentiality on internal communication and audits/investigations
· Call ability to work efficiently in a high demand, team oriented and fast paced environment.
· Organizational and time management skills
· Flexibility and adaptability while maintaining professionalism.
· Knowledge of employee benefits and laws
· Intermediate Excell Skill
**REQUIREMENTS:**
+ Minimum of 2 years of work experience in roles such as Auxiliary or Assistant.
+ Educational background in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
+ Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
+ Knowledge of benefits and labor laws.
+ English level desired B1-B2

**WORK SCHEDULE:**
Availability from Monday to Friday, from 08:30 am to 06:30 pm (48 hours per week).
