Our client is a Wealth Management firm looking to hire an Associate, Portfolio Administrator for their Boston office.
The Associate Portfolio Administrator is an integral part of the Analytics team, specializing in portfolio and performance data management to support wealth management clients. Responsibilities include managing daily processes like trades, cash flows, and account setups while coordinating with custodians and external partners to resolve issues. Additionally, the position involves onboarding complex clients, documenting workflows, refining operational processes, and supporting cross-functional teams and the team manager as needed. Ideal candidates bring expertise in accounting, finance, and technology, with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
Requirements
Ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of experience working with portfolio accounting. Experience in the performance and analytics area is a plus.
