The Products The Lending Solutions business delivers a comprehensive suite of products designed to power the global lending ecosystem across the entire loans and credit lifecycle. This portfolio includes market-leading solutions that drive efficiency, reduce risk, and support seamless operations for diverse participants in the lending market: WSO Software: Simplifies the complexities of loan portfolio management by automating data flows, mitigating operational risks, and streamlining processes. It provides scalable, efficient solutions for asset managers overseeing diverse and complex portfolios. WSO Services: A managed service powered by WSO Software, offering operational optimization with real-time data access and post-trade loan administration services such as agent administration, cash reconciliation, and investment accounting. ClearPar: Automates and streamlines the settlement process for syndicated loans, enabling efficient, secure, and risk-reduced trade settlement across global lending markets. Debtdomain: Supports banks and institutional investors in managing the entire lifecycle of syndicated loans and private credit transactions, from origination to execution. Notice Manager & Loan Reference Data: Industry-leading solutions for loan data and document workflow management, catering to middle and back-office operations. These tools provide real-time access to a single, validated source of loan information and enable workflow automation for syndicated and private loans, CLOs, OMSs, and diversified credit portfolios. Responsibilities and Impact: Focuses on output quality against defined tasks and activities Assists in evaluating the success of products and features and determining necessary enhancements. Describes the overall planning process and product planning cycle Defines concepts of short-term and long-term planning Researches industry trends to understand the short-term tactical and strategic direction of the market Supports product delivery Understands basic concepts and major activities associated requirements analysis and mapping Follows processes and policies to assist with business needs analyses and to determine functional and informational requirements and how to map them Supports requirements documentation including customer journey, features, user stories, cross-team dependencies, separating core product build vs. integration features Demonstrates a basic understanding of stakeholder communication techniques Identifies problems commonly associated with software implementation Assists with day-to-day activities to achieve stakeholder expectations Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates) S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $53,000 to $63,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits. What We’re Looking For: Basic Required Qualifications: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams (engineering, design, marketing) Ability to translate user needs into product requirements Basic understanding of software development processes (Agile, Scrum, etc.) Proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence; familiarity with wireframing tools is a plus Master’s degree in a relevant field such as: Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Economics, Data Science, or related disciplines Additional Preferred Qualifications: Internships or project experience in product, tech, or business environments is a strong plus Right to Work Requirements: This role is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.
