Collaborate with internal colleagues and support teams across the Firm Resilience division. Leverage internal testing expertise to serve as a single point of contact within the firm. Develop project information documentation including detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Facilitate project meetings and host knowledge transfer sessions as required. Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables to ensure compliance. Recommend and complete tasks to direct the analysis and solution of problems. Complete internal testing tasks in accordance with the instructions of the supervisor.

Requires a Master’s degree in Economics, Information Systems, Computer Sciences, Risk Management, or a related field of study and three (3) years of experience in the position offered or three (3) years as an Office Manager, Production Planner and Analyst, Accounts Payable Operations Specialist, or a closely related occupation. Requires one (1) year of experience with: industry best practices pertaining to Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Operational Resilience domains; finance industry regulatory requirements related to business continuity, disaster recovery and operational resilience; conveying complex technical strategies and plans to a wide audience at all levels of the organization; distilling technical and complex information into easy-to-understand business terms for stakeholders; supporting project delivery milestones or exercising event planning and execution; coordinating with cross-functional teams between business and technology; technology used in Investment Banking including Unix / Linux, Windows, storage, networking, databases, IT security, market data, web and intranet infrastructure, messaging, mainframe, or sales and trading application support; implementing Cloud related DR testing controls, procedures, and planning Cloud DR tests; large-scale, global Disaster Recovery Tests; SIFMA/FIA/RegSCI/IIROC Industrywide Business Continuity Exercise; Technical Recovery Plan development and maintenance using plan management tools including Cutover collaboration tool; metrics development and management and execution of Disaster Recovery action plans using Open Pages and other risk management tools in support of governance reporting.
