Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or related quantitative field and 3 years of related work experience. Employer will also accept a Master’s degree in Business or related quantitative field and 2 years of related work experience.
Must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:
· Financial analysis and advanced spreadsheet modelling skills;
· Building and working with financial models for MA and project finance;
· Leverage Acquisition Finance;
· Project or structured finance market;
· Typical transaction structures and key risk allocation principles;
· Understanding the different advisory roles from the sell-side, buy-side and debt perspectives; and
· Documenting transaction diligence and legal requirements.
Must have or be able to obtain FINRA licenses in Series 7, 63 and 79.
Domestic travel required up to 10%.
Telecommuting permitted up to 20%.
