Associate, Real Assets and Structured Finance, HSBC Securities (USA) Inc., New York, NY:

Support debt structuring and arranging transactions across the infrastructure, renewables, power, oil and gas, and real estate sectors. Participate in advisory services for clients in debt and Mergers and Acquisitions (MA) and perform financial modelling and other financial analysis. Provide general support across client marketing and deal execution activities as part of integrated transaction teams. Perform credit and risk analysis, prepare credit memos and present transactions to credit business / committees.
