Purpose of Role

This position is responsible for driving business growth through O&O(Owned and Operated) stores in the Korea market and will play a key role in supporting the achievement of brand and business objectives across both Brand House and Factory House. This role ensures that all store processes, systems, and procedures are running efficiently to deliver an exceptional customer experience while maximizing profitability. The key responsibilities include payment management, store teammate coordination, communication with vendors, compliance with company policies, and maintaining high standards of consumer service. This position collaborates closely with Store Managers and various departments to ensure operational excellence and support business objectives.

Your Impact Organize standard operating procedures for all areas of Retail Operations and apply them to a global platform. Support New Store Openings, Communications, Business Analytics, and Teammate Experience teams as required. Align operational standards across both Brand House and Factory House models. Support store teammate payroll, scheduling and hiring process in alignment with HR. Manage payment processing and financial planning for operations team. Oversee operations systems as necessary. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree 2~3 years in sports or fashion industry with focus on retail expertise Strong analytical & organizational skills Strong interpersonal skills- ability to build partnerships Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills; ability to communicate down, across and up within the organization Communication skills in both English and Korean Must be highly skilled with MS Office programs (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Our Commitment to Diversity
