Team and Role Introduction:
Regional reverse policy & operation team aims to provide the best Customer Return experience for the Customers in all Countries where Lazada operates. You will work alongside the brightest mind in the market to solve Customer's pain points related to their return experience and implement the solution across all countries.
Responsibilities:
-Drive improvement for customer returns process including locate risk, enhance process and guidelines
-Drive project execution with good time management, communicate and collaborate cross department and countries
-Identify root cause and provide analysis based on data-driven analytics
-Perform monitoring of seller performance related to return orders on regular basis
-Perform data extraction and analysis to understand certain business cases and challenges, providing conclusions and recommendation
