This role is responsible for various financial focused activities within our Servicing and Asset Management business. General accounting activities may include client billing, accounts receivable, recording cash receipts, maintaining financial records and reporting. Additional responsibilities will focus assisting with forecasting, metrics/KPIs, profitability, cost of service, pricing, and reporting.

Essential Job Functions:

Prepare invoices, review contracts, and apply appropriate ratesPerform analysis to ensure revenue is billed in accordance with contractual termsResearch and resolve customer inquiriesActively participate in the month-end close process, including account reconciliation, journal entries, and month-end financial reportingAssist in the development of business unit budgets, forecasts, and variance ad-hoc analysesAssist with the development, collection, review, and reporting of KPIsDevelop and deliver various ad-hoc client deliverablesProvide analysis and insight to management to support pricing decisions of existing and future services and clientsWork with accounting to research and resolve material discrepancies in financials based on operating knowledge of businessPerform ad-hoc requests and projects to support operational and strategic business decisions as neededSupport departmental initiatives including but not limited to process documentation and system implementationsExercise of discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significanceSuch other activities as may be assigned by your manager

Qualifications/ Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance preferred or equivalent combination of education and experienceExperienced professional with 5+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically at a Senior Analyst or Analyst level role or external equivalent.4 years of accounting work experience strongly preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented, with strong interpersonal and organizational skillsAnalytically minded and results-drivenExperience with ERP and CRM systemsStrong computer skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office

The annual full time base salary range for this role is

$60,000.00 - $75,000.00

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
