This role will offer you the opportunity (i) to be exposed to critical strategy consulting projects for C-suite clients across our global client base, (ii) translate data and insights to meaningful recommendations, (iii) collaborate within our UK/EMEA project teams, (iv) ensure a steep learning curve Next to working with smart and highly-driven colleagues around the world, you will get incredible exposure to the entire insurance value chain, and to an extensive pool of insurance and re-insurance subject matter experts. Responsibilities + Engage with (re)insurers and others to identify their strategic problem and prioritise value-maximising initiatives + Provide the analysis of consulting projects to help clients achieve their strategic goals + Conduct interviews and participate to workshops with clients, market practitioners and Aon colleagues + Deliver the production of consulting deliverables + Contribute in the problem solving process through analytical and structured thinking, desk-based research, data analysis, and other work streams + Actively contribute to the formulation of recommendations + Develop client relationships and the Aon network + Draft proposals and project scoping documents + International travel makes up approximately 10 – 15% of your time Requirements + 0-3 years of experience working in a strategy consulting role preferably in the financial services industry + Strong proven interest and preferably experience in the (re)insurance industry + Experience managing international projects and teams + Master’s degree required, preferably in Economics, Engineering, Finance, or Business Administration. The salary indication for this position ranges between €3.000,- tot €3.840,- gross per month, based on your education, experience, and knowledge.
