What You'll Contribute

The Associate, Technology Operations will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and security of our technology infrastructure.

What You'll Do

Develop and maintain automation scripts in Python and Bash, troubleshooting and optimizing for efficiency and reliability.Develop Ansible Playbooks for automating deployment, Configuration, and management task is considered a plus.Follow Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles, utilizing tools like Terraform or CloudFormation to provision cloud resources efficientlyParticipate in 24/7 production support, acting as Tier 1 On-Call for incident response and implementing proactive monitoring and alerting systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, operations, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless deployment and operation of systems.Maintain comprehensive documentation of infrastructure configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps, ensuring accessibility to the team.Prioritization of time-management skills; the ability to execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is critical.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

What you have

Preferred: Indicate “nice to haves” regarding education, skills, and experience.

1-3 yrs. years of related application development experience.


Strong aptitude/skills in communication, presentation, and information technology.

Understanding of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework.

Understanding of software life-cycle and software engineering best practices, including specification, documentation, configuration management, testing and quality assurance.

Strong ability to learn new technologies in a short time.

Work experience in a DevOps/Agile culture.
