This position reports to Manager, TWDC Store. The qualified candidate must be able to provide outstanding Guest Service, communicate effectively, generate sales, merchandise product, process deliveries of new merchandise, restock product, maintain good store visuals, keep an organized storage room, and support the store management team by implementing new retail and marketing strategies to help grow the business. Minimum Qualifications: + At least 3 years of retail experience as Sales Representative, Sales Associate, or similar role. + High school degree. + Familiarity with POS (point of sale) systems and the ability to learn new technologies. + Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships + Ability to upsell. + Ability to perform in fast-paced environments. + Flexibility to work various shifts. + Must be able to lift heavy objects (40 pounds or more) from time to time as required. + Ability to stand for an extended period. + Move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures throughout the store, which entails lifting and perform all functions as set forth. The hiring range for this position in NYC, NY is $16.50/hr - $20.00/hr. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
