Job Duties: Associate with Goldman Sachs Bank USA in Chicago, Illinois. Analyze consumer data across the firm’s asset and wealth management business. Create dashboards and data visualization to understand customer engagement and identify enhancement opportunities and pain points to improve customer experience. Communicate findings with end users, development managers and other stakeholders. Work with the line team to ensure that data reporting is accurate. Gather and document requirements with full testing traceability. Utilize database query languages such as SQL, in data visualization tools such as Tableau and prescriptive analytics such as Alteryx. Work with large data sets in a streamlined and secure manner.

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related quantitative field, including Innovation and Management. Two (2) years of experience in the job offered, or in a related financial services or consumer banking role. Prior experience must include two (2) years of experience with: Tableau, Power BI or similar data visualization tools for data visualization and reporting; data management and analytics tools including Alteryx, SQL Server Integration Services and Python used for processing large data sets for complex reporting; SQL coding for maintaining, managing, modelling, and storing large and complex datasets; database administration; data modelling; Aqua Data Studio; SQL Server Management Studio; project management tools, including Confluence and JIRA; and working in a related, metric and reporting role within the financial services industry or consumer banking role.
