Description:\\r\\nTitle: File Transfer Analyst\\r\\nWork location: Remote\\r\\nWork hours: core hours are 9 AM - 3 PM CT\\r\\nProject/initiative: Customer facing production support for Change Healthcare customers which are moving to using ECG for their file transfer needs.\\r\\n\\r\\nJob Qualifications:\\r\\nBachelor\\'s degree and/or 3+ years of Managed File Transfer (MFT) experience.\\r\\n5+ years experience in a MFT environment.\\r\\n5+ years of experience working in a trouble shooting role.\\r\\n5+ years of experience with network connectivity and communication protocols (FTP, SFTP and HTTPS).\\r\\n5+ years of proficiency with Linux and Windows platforms.\\r\\n5+ years of experience with a ticketing system.\\r\\nStrong knowledge of IT Network and Security protocols.\\r\\n\\r\\nResponsibilities:\\r\\nWork with little or no supervision to provide incident resolution for a tier 0 Managed File Transfer(MFT) environment.\\r\\nAccurately document customer issues, their resolution and provide workarounds as applicable.\\r\\nInterface with other teams within the department to ensure escalations are handled.\\r\\nUnderstand IT operational policies and security requirements.\\r\\nUnderstanding of networks, scheduling systems and monitoring tools.\\r\\nCreate knowledgebase articles (FAQ/Solutions) that provide technical value to users.\\r\\n (1.) Depending on the work environment, the subject matter expert may lead or be an active participant of a work-group with the need for specialized knowledge. (2.) Meet all agreed-upon turnaround times for deliverables, deliverable reviews, or deliverable sign-off (3.) Understands, articulates and implements best practices related to his area of expertise. (4.) Provides guidance on how his area of capability can resolve an organizational need and actively participates in all phases of the solution life cycle. Design Solutions and best practices to meet clients objective. (5.) Work with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables by refining, analyzing, and structuring relevant data
