Job Description : - Responsible for developing engineering solutions for the customer that meets the requirements of the customer s existing RF voice and data network. Participating in cross functional teams ( RF Engineering, Data engineering, and deployment personnel) in developing and deploying RF network solutions to the customer Managing the development and implementation of RF network solutions primarily in the VHF bands Delivering technical solutions that include technical processes, drawings and documentation. Managing inventories and ordering for projects Providing support and direction for the customer on implementation of designs and, standard processes. Developing initiatives and leading both small and large projects to improve reliability of the radio network Coordinating and leading testing and troubleshooting efforts for the customer when needed Engage in regular contact with the customer to ensure project objectives are be meet Bachelor s degree or four or more years of work experience. Six or more years of relevant work experience. Experience in Engineering or an Engineering support function. Willingness to travel. Experience in RF Network Engineering disciplines with an emphasis in the VHF BandsEven better if you have: Experience in Railroad RF Communications Ability to be a technical strategic thought leader as well as a hands on" implementer . Experience with Mentum Planet, Radio Soft or similar RF Planning Software. Experience using RF test equipment specifically Anritsu or Freedom Communication Knowledge of FCC rules and regulations Experience creating Process documentation (Methods & Procedures) and Process flows. Experience creating engineering drawings using Visio Project Management experience. Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Experience crafting test plans & scripts. (1.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (2.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases (3.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans. (4.) To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team. (5.) To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management (6.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviewsorparticipation in hiring drives.
