Our marketing communications, market research and brand teams drive travelers’ familiarity and engagement with the United brand. Our product, design and service teams bring the signature United brand to life in our clubs and onboard our aircraft, ensuring a seamless, premier experience. And when customers choose United again and again, that’s because the loyalty team has been hard at work crafting an award-winning program. Our loyalty team manages United MileagePlus®, building travel and lifestyle partnerships that customers can engage with every day, and works with our Star Alliance partners to ensure United can take you anywhere you want to go.

The Associate Domestic Co-Brand position will drive acquisitions growth within the United Employee channels. They will be assigned to a United Hub/region and will collaborate within a field team to develop and execute marketing strategies to build in-person relationships with Flight Attendants, Airport Agents, Club Agents, and airport leadership to achieve their regions goals in the United credit card acquisition program.

Key ResponsibilitiesEmployee Engagement:Be the local, onsite (at airport daily) co-brand program subject matter expert (SME) for employees, proactively encouraging and motivating them to participate in promoting the United credit card, sharing updates, and answering questionsConduct in person one on one visits with airport teams and flight attendants to encourage increased participation.Lead roadshows at airport, managing all aspects including collateral, swag, marketing, employee follow-ups and proactively welcoming/encouraging employees to stop by events and engage in conversationGrow participation among employees and drive account volumes for their airport and regionEngage with local leaders to share updates on program, collaborate on ideas to grow programReporting:Partner with the Manager to develop tools to track performance of their base and region that drives account growth. May include interactive signs for the airport, reports for airport leadership, and weekly/monthly check-in meetings with senior leadership to discuss trendsLeverage data in partnership with Manager to identify new engagement tactics and personalize communications/interactions to employeesProgram Management:Drives employee participation in a warm, positive manner, in person on-site at the airport. Occasional training presentations.Handles compliance and collateral within their region, ensuring the teams have appropriate materials to promote the card, including managing and maintaining inventory levels of all collateral and swagPartners with the leadership or supervisors in the airport to resolve any open concerns from our bank partner, should a compliance issue occur.

NOTE: This position will be onsite at San Francisco International Airport 5 days per week with varying hours to support events and meet with operational employees which may include early mornings (5:00 AM) and late evenings (10:00 PM) on occasion. Project based weekend events may occur. Willingness to travel two to three days per month will be required with occasional overnight trips.
