Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Technical Lead with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Windows Server Administration Azure and Active Directory Administration. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both remotely and on-site ensuring a flexible work-life balance. The position does not require travel and operates during day shifts.
Responsibilities
Lead the administration and maintenance of Windows Server environments to ensure optimal performance and security.Oversee the configuration deployment and management of Azure resources to support business operations.Provide expert-level support for Active Directory including user management group policies and security configurations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement infrastructure solutions that meet business requirements.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability of services.Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions to protect critical data and systems.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for security and data protection.Conduct regular system audits and assessments to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster professional growth and development.Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and migrations to ensure seamless transitions.Stay current with emerging technologies and trends to continuously improve the IT infrastructure.Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure the timely resolution of technical issues and the delivery of high-quality services.Qualifications
Possess a strong background in Windows Server Administration with hands-on experience.Demonstrate expertise in managing and configuring Azure resources.Have in-depth knowledge of Active Directory Administration including user and group management.Show proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends.Hold relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or equivalent.Demonstrate the ability to develop and maintain comprehensive documentation.Have experience in implementing and managing backup and disaster recovery solutions.Show a strong understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements.Possess the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.Certifications Required
