Description We are in search of an Associate to join our team located in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be involved in various aspects of corporate and commercial transactions, including contract reviews, business and real estate transactions, and entity formations. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of legal compliance and corporate governance. Responsibilities: • Involved in all aspects of corporate and commercial transactions • Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts • Handle business transactions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements • Participate in real estate transactions, including commercial real estate • Undertake entity formations, maintaining accurate records • Review loan agreements, ensuring they meet legal and company standards • Actively participate in mergers and acquisitions processes • Provide guidance and support on issues related to bankruptcy, if necessary • Maintain knowledge of business and commercial law to provide accurate advice • Ensure corporate governance standards are met at all times.
