standard measuring codes and understanding of the cross check methods. Exposure to International methods of measurement is preferred. Thorough knowledge on local market costs, risks, contractors and other vendors. Understanding of various provisions of standard construction contracts and its
application. Exposure to both pre and post contract services including Budgeting, BOQ, tender
documentation / management, contract correspondence , interim and final
payment valuations Be able to manage civil, interior and MEP discipline from a cost management
perspective Good negotiation skills
