Key Responsibilities:
Assist in drafting legal documents, including contracts, affidavits, powers of attorney, statutory declarations, personal healthcare directives, and othersConduct legal research and analysis, and draft pleadingsParticipate in negotiations and mediationContribute to litigating wills and estates disputesQualifications:
Juris Doctor or Law Degree in good standing, eligible to practice in AlbertaMinimum of three years' experience in wills and estates litigationStrong interpersonal and organizational skillsAbility to collaborate effectively within a team
