Hub International Northeast Limited, is seeking an Associate Account Executive for our Private Client Team. This position is located in our Summit, NJ office.  

As an Associate Account Executive, you will assist account executives in processing daily account activity and provide technical support in accordance with company operating procedures.

Functions and responsibilities include:

Support a team Private Client Account ExecutivesMaintaining account EPIC files in accordance with internal Quality Control guidelinesCheck policy coverages and endorsement on new business and renewals for accuracy and relevanceComplete prepare proposals, policy summaries and reviewsAssist with remarkets, Summaries of Insurance, and claims as necessary.Process endorsements, placement requestsReview policies for accuracy and adequacy of coverage, including rating calculationsHandle or refer insureds and underwriter’s questionsPerform other specific duties as directed by the Team ManagerPursue a program of professional development
