Specific responsibilities include:
Account maintenance, including updates to client files, scanning and attaching of plan documents, and updating Employee Benefits systems and databasesAssisting with marketing proposals, paperwork, and presentation preparationRevising, editing, and binding presentation materials as neededAssisting with open enrollment meetings and client meetings as necessaryDeveloping and maintaining positive relationships with insurance carriers and clientsPerforming other administrative functions as assignedPlease apply to join us if you meet the following requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an Employee Benefits insurance environmentValid Life & Health License4 year college degree a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent analytical and problem solving skillsSuperb attention to detail and excellent organizational skillsProven ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a deadline driven environmentProven ability to work independently and collaboratively with a teamProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookExperience with Employee Benefits systems and databases a plus (BenefitPoint, HR Connections & MYWave)The expected pay for this position is $37.09 an hour.
