Job Profile Title & Level: Associate Account Executive, P1Mid Market experience is mandatoryCyber Security experience is mandatory Job Profile Summary: The SMB Associate Account Executive is responsible for supporting in acquiring and managing Small and Medium Business (SMB) accounts. They identify sales opportunities, document client interactions, and support senior executives. They focus on building skills for sales forecasting, partnership strategies and consultative approach.Responsibilities:Supports in managing sales of small and medium business (SMB) accounts in a defined sales territory (West Market, Mumbai)Builds account management skills to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the target accountsDocuments all client interactions and shadows senior executives during client consultationFacilitates communication on tactical issues facing customers and resolves customer issuesMeets sales objectives and assists in development of “Go to Market Strategy” for partnership  Maintains accounts and transaction records and builds reports based on requirementsUtilizes a consultative selling approach to educate channel partners and end-users and provide timely follow-up, closure and tracking of all identified opportunities Learns and applies sales concepts, principles and practices in assigned activitiesGains foundational understanding of inside and outside sales concepts and practicesSupports activities in both Field & Inside Sales to achieve productivity and customer satisfaction targetsAssists account management team in a task-oriented manner limited to a specific work area Qualifications:Education:Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Business Administration or equivalentExperience:0-1 year of experience in Account Management, Sales, Sales Operations or equivalentSkills:    Technical/Functional Skills: Sales ForecastingSales ProcessesSales OperationsBusiness AcumenAccount ManagementCustomer Need AnalysisField Sales PrioritizationBehavioural Skills: Cross-Functional CollaborationEffective CommunicationEmpathyCustomer FocusAdaptabilityCritical Thinking
