Job Responsibilities:
Drive sales for our Consulting division, with primary focus on Workday solutions (FINS, HCM, and Adaptive Planning).
Active prospecting leveraging target market lists, your network and attending events / tradeshows, to generate, qualify, and pursue leads with a persistent hunter mentality.
Develop and nurture strong relationships with industry leaders, decision-makers, and key stakeholders, setting up discovery calls while coordinating and managing the sales process.
Partner with Senior Business Development team supporting sales opportunity development, from discovery, solution development, technology demonstrations through proposal writing and contract negotiations.
Continuously build and maintain a robust pipeline and opportunities.
Utilize our tools and technologies with proficiency, including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, video conferencing, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a business, accounting, related major or equivalent work experience
Minimum 2 years’ experience selling technology and/or professional services, with a strong foundation in Technology Consulting / Implementation services such as, ERP, CRM, FP&A, BI, etc., with experience in Solution Selling.
Experience selling technologies, such as, Workday, Adaptive, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft, Salesforce, Vena, etc.
Proven track record in connecting with decision-makers, setting up discovery calls, and coordinating the sales process. Passion to relentlessly prospect.
Experience in building and managing a sales pipeline, client prospects, with active participation in marketing initiatives such as webinars, trade shows, and industry events.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to establish strong relationships with clients, prospects, team members, and leadership.
Disciplined CRM maintenance
Ability to work independently, collaborate with other team members, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Travel for business and clients as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in one or more of our key industries including, Technology, Healthcare, Professional Services
Direct Sales experience or Sales Development Rep (SDR) experience.

Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. The compensation range for this position: $70,000 -$90,000. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
