Associate Account Manager, Ads Sales
**About the Role** The Uber Ads team is looking for an Associate Partner Manager within the CPG/FMCG (Consumer Packaged Goods) sector. You will be establishing and strengthening key client relationships with a focus on driving revenue, client education and client satisfaction in this fast paced environment. You will work strategically to bring value and efficiency across various stakeholders within the organisation both locally and internationally. Promoting the understanding and adoption of advertising products across Uber Rides and Uber Eats. You'll be responsible for campaign execution, account management, reporting, and will collaborate with multiple internal and external partners to bring value and build a mutually beneficial relationship. Day to day responsibilities: - Support the Partner Manager team leads, and Client Partners by developing and overseeing ad partnership strategies that deliver on our CPG partners’ needs, and exceed quarterly growth goals - Build relationships with key stakeholders within the business - Develop and maintain a strong understanding of clients’ marketing goals and challenges and proactively recommend solutions that support them - Manage internal and external kick off calls to understand campaign specifications and discuss complex executions - Manage the entire campaign lifecycle including creative showcase and best practises - Proactively monitor campaign performance to pinpoint, communicate and solve issues - Coordinate the launch, management and reporting of campaigns; while proactively communicating updates and setting expectations with all stakeholders - Bring your analytical A-game. Develop methodologies to highlight trends and provide meaningful insights to partners during the campaign lifecycle - Collaborate effectively across internal sales, product, and support teams to include Ad Ops, Insights & Measurement and other relevant parties. Qualifications: - 3+ years of sales or client facing experience - Proven experience in managing and executing projects successfully - Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and partners - Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to identify opportunities and influence decisions - Excellent listening, communication, and organizational abilities - Skilled in negotiation and problem-solving techniques - Quick to adapt, resourceful, proactive, and a results-driven mindset - Strong presentation skills with the ability to convey information effectively - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating through ambiguity - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience - SQL and other data-related qualifications are a plus We welcome people from all backgrounds who seek the opportunity to help build a future where everyone and everything can move independently.
