A day in the life.

As our Associate Account Manager on the Commercial Lines team, you’ll be responsible for the following:

Maintain and update the Communication Log daily.Ability to create transmittal letters and other correspondence letters, as necessary.Department scanning.Maintain agency EPIC files accurately and consistently documenting conversations in emails and other notes sent to clients, while adhering to all MIB electronic and EPIC procedures.

College Degree preferred (high school diploma is required)Current California Department of Insurance License1 year of experienceProficient MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Work environment & physical demands.

Ability to use computer keyboard and sit in a stationary position for extended periods as well as use office machinery such as fax and copy machines, and telephones.Work is performed in a typical interior/office work environment.

The applicable base salary range for this role $35,360 to $67,800.  The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
