Sales Representative
Job Responsibilities:
+ Actively engage with customers via phone and email to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products.
+ Manage and cultivate relationships with existing accounts while also identifying and pursuing opportunities to establish new accounts.
+ Customize product offerings based on thorough analysis of installation scenarios.
+ Liaise with various stakeholders including customers, plumbers, contractors, electricians, and security companies to ensure smooth transactions.
+ Maintain a proactive work schedule involving daily calls, emails, and participation in team meetings, with periodic tracking of performance against sales targets.
+ Stay abreast of market trends, competitor products, pricing strategies, new product launches, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
+ Address customer concerns and complaints promptly, investigating issues, proposing solutions, and documenting actions taken in coordination with management.
+ Uphold professional and technical proficiency through participation in educational sessions, review of training materials, and networking with industry peers.
+ Keep meticulous records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and related communications within the designated database.
+ Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and provide support as needed.
Sales Representative Qualifications/Skills:
+ Strong customer service orientation
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
+ Attention to detail and accuracy
+ Proficient negotiation skills
+ Self-assured and proactive approach
+ Comprehensive product knowledge

Education and Preferred Systems Experience:
+ Associate's degree a plus, but not required
+ Prior experience in sales and customer service is preferred
+ Proficiency with computers, phones, and Microsoft Office Suite
+ Familiarity with CRM databases
+ Competency in Excel, Word, Office365, Microsoft Teams
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, talk, and/or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment:
+ Work in office environment. May occasionally be required to perform job duties outside the typical office setting

Salary and Benefits:
+ Full-time position with health benefits and 401K Plan
+ Flexible PTO & Generous Paid time off
+ Starting salary range of $22-$24 per hour
+ Monday to Friday weekly
