The Associate Account Manager Online works directly with National Account Managers to support key strategic account initiatives including the development, qualification, and execution of new products, mix enhancements, and new programs.

Responsibilities:

Meets and exceeds sales plans in alignment with customers annualized sales plan.Assists in managing and onboarding customer relationships of all new Online customers.Understand operations and sales footprint to determine mix availability by region that DFS can produce. East vs West, North vs South.Assist and/or lead key projects focused on the success of the accountAudit current online assortment for sales driving opportunities.Uses strong problem-solving skills to assist in the analysis and resolution of problems.Liaison/contact for the Merchant and supporting roles to support projects.Strong focus on building strategic accounts, leveraging the breadth of Masonite to build executive level customer relationships, solutions, and loyalty.Weekly and project specific POS data pulls and analysis.Interface with Product Marketing and other disciplines to leverage their expertise to create value proposition for customer.Develop and execute business development goals to meet and/or exceed sales target for the target account.Provides proactive insight to the National Account Managers on immerging trends.Understands and maintains knowledge of customer systems.Analyzes and manages all customer system reports to better understand, plan, and manage all door category initiatives internally and externally.Works directly with Brand Advocate on time sensitives updates, questions, customer needs, and more.Master pack item maintenance and data pull coordination with the core teams.Assist with pre-PCR alignment meetings and maintain data to assist with successful implementation of PCR’s.Assist with the customers new special order item testing, accuracy, and communication of changes.Lead or participates in customer product knowledge training with the support of marketing.Lead communications of account activities with field teams and customer service.Communicates necessary corrections to pricing, SKU and product mix data for the online business.Manage and follow through on all customer issues and opportunities by working with appropriate internal and customer resources.Acts as a liaison between customer and Masonite Facilities and Warranty Department to ensure customer satisfaction.Maintains key files, spreadsheets, and lists for the online retail customer account.Schedules project service request for retail accounts and ensure effective execution.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Knowledge of Microsoft office.Preferred knowledge of Masterpack and data management systems. Successful track record in sales as a highly organized individual who can creatively solve problems, multi-task and make strategic choices that drive growth.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Thrives in a team-based work environment but has the ability to work well individually.Ability to work with roles across the organization, including Product Management, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Customer Service and Technical Support.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.5+ years Masonite or 7+ years external business experience in sales, business administration, or account management.Up to 20% travel
