Position Overview: 

The Associate Account Manager reports to the Director Account Management and is responsible for supporting key functions within the Account Management department. This role is the face of HomeServe to clients and is responsible for managing many aspects of the client relationship. This role is also responsible for ensuring creative materials sent to the client capture their culture and message. Being successful in the role requires a strong ability to build personal relationships with partners. This high-impact position works closely with key internal and external stakeholders in order to maintain high standards with partner reporting, ensures all marketing review timelines are met by the partners and customer satisfaction issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner. 

Responsibilities: 

Manage strategic client relationships focused on developing new businesses within the partnership. Subject matter expert for assigned partner relationships, knowing key performance metrics and creative preferences. Monthly Reporting: Create, assemble and make recommendations on partner trends. Review and assemble marketing take up reporting and highlight any key performance trends. Create, assemble, and make formal and informal presentations regarding partner performance, new services, products, channels, territories and overall state of the business. Work cross-functionally to assist Sr Manager in implementing keys components of any partner project such as price increases or new product implementations. Investigate and resolve partner escalated consumer issues and complaints. Review proposed marketing creatives and suggest changes based on specific client feedback and requests. Negotiate creative and proposal changes with the partner while offering solutions. Ad hoc reports and duties as assigned.

Job Requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree. Preferably in direct marketing or business. A minimum of 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in account management/client relations in marketing, advertising or consulting. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities. Computer literate; intermediate Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills. Able to travel up to 10% consistently throughout the year. Excellent organizational, planning and project management skills. Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and growth-oriented organization. Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
