Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking to add an Associate Account Manager to join our exceptional team. One of our most critical positions in the organization, you will be the central point of contact and advocate for your assigned clients while guiding them through Charles IT’s offerings and solutions to provide best-in-class solutions and support. You will need to be outgoing, customer-service-focused, a team player, well-organized and extremely detail-oriented.
Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Achieve and maintain positive, long-lasting, and real relationships with your client base and act as their primary point of contact for Charles IT
+ Have an intimate understanding of your client’s business functions, needs, IT challenges and risks
+ Continue to cross-sell, recommend and integrate Charles IT solutions to achieve stack attainment
+ Maintain and align in-depth knowledge of current Charles IT products, services, and offerings
+ Build client technology roadmaps to assist in planning, budgeting and visualizing gaps and risks
+ Clearly communicate the progress of initiatives and roadmap items through recurring client meetings and Technology Business Reviews
+ Maintain frequent touch points with your client base through various activities and mediums
+ Work with teams throughout Charles IT to advocate and ensure your clients receive exceptional service
+ Leverage subject matter experts and technical sales architects to accurately quote solutions and gaps identified
+ Respond to clients in a timely manner and establish realistic client expectations
+ Maintain customer documentation
+ Approve all outbound client quotes and proposals
+ Be apprised of your client’s projects and timelines. Participate in internal project-related meetings to keep apprised of any details or issues that may arise
Requirements
+ Associate degree or equivalent in a related field; and 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education preferably in the technology field
+ Superior oral and written communication skills required
+ Proven ability to juggle multiple client needs with the ability to multi-task and function collaboratively as a member of a fast-paced, client-orientated team
+ Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and work with key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executives and C-level
+ Experience with ConnectWise, Cisco, Meraki, Datto, VMware, Office 365 platform, and Advanced Support on Mac OS is a plus
+ Enthusiastic and dedicated to the challenges of a growing company and client base
+ Excellent follow-through to see tasks through completion
+ Self-starter with the ability to perform independently with little or no supervision
+ High level of organization; sharp attention to detail
+ Ability to pass a background check
+ A current, valid US driver's license is required.
