We are looking for a talented individual…
to join our team as an Associate Account Manager! In this role you will establish and build relationships in local and regional markets as you support the SWEPCO Arkansas portfolio of programs. You will focus on working primarily with small commercial customers and contractors to identify opportunities for energy efficiency upgrades at their facility while helping them overcome common barriers. You will be responsible for conducting outreach, preparing forecasts, tracking projects, conducting site assessments, and facilitating other aspects of the program. Success is measured not only in terms of electric energy savings but by a customer’s positive experience participating in the program.
Successful candidates will reside in Northwest Arkansas, Fayetteville, Springdale, Rogers, etc.

Maintain current accounts and develop new accounts to achieve lower kWh usages for one or more programs.
Act as local, on-site program and company representative to customers and contractors; to encourage participation in the program and overcome barriers.
Design and deliver proposals.
Provide contractors training and support on CLEAResult tools and calculators.
Troubleshoot technical problems and issues, provide technical advice, guidance and training on installation, adaptation, configuration or enhancement in accordance with client specifications
Document customer and contractor interactions to adhere to program requirements.
Provide input and status updates to program staff

2 years of experience or relevant industry certifications can replace work experience
Preferred candidate will have commercial lighting, HVAC, or sales experience
Bachelors degree preferred
Driving
Are at least 21 years of age
Valid driver's license
