The Role

Associate Account Manager

 

The Associate Account Manager will work closely with Territory Managers and Key Account Managers out in the field to travel and amplify F&P’s product and brand offerings through product training, merchandising, and some of our team even test their baking skills to showcase our products live! Who can resist a homemade chocolate chip cookie baked to perfection?

 

The Role:

In partnership with the sales team, you will help activate on account strategy set forward by the Regional Sales Manager and Territory and/or Key Account ManagersWith the strategy in place, you will take to the road and meet with our dealers in person where they will facilitate training, and align our brand with the product offerings. As a data-driven human, you will use data that we have to continue to get curious and learn more about the customer, their strategic goals, and initiatives to ensure that we are documenting in real time the forecasted needs. You will learn all about our beautiful F&P products and where the products work best based on our client’s needs which will lead you to be a trusted subject matter expert and partner. Networking and getting curious about the SDA community is something that will become second nature – this will help you make connections to the retailers that you are working with. You will document all of your trainings in a CRM system that will help you maximize your efforts and create a data-driven approach to all your efforts. As a road warrior, you will travel to a variety of dealers in different states, so this person must be comfortable with travel.

Requirements:

You have at least 2-3 consecutive years of outside sales experience – experience in the appliance industry is not necessary.You are licensed to drive in the US and have a reliable mode of transportation to ensure that you can visit our dealers within the designated areaYou have influential presentation skills and are ok being uncomfortable not knowing it all. Your follow up skills are something you are known for. You’re genuinely excited about the cooking space and the products used to create moments of delight in the kitchen. You are a team player and someone who jumps at the opportunity to get curious and learn.

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000. This range is a guideline and may not reflect your exact offer. Factors considered when extending an offer include (but are not limited to) education, experience, relevant skills, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
