Position Summary:
Support One Financial Shared Services for the whole Artesyn Embedded Technologies Inc. and its subsidiaries. Consolidate and improve financial process and procedure through innovation and commitment to excellence, which together drive synergy and develop human capital within Artesyn Embedded Technologies Inc.

 

Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for reviewing, 100% booking  and processing of  invoices with accurate & complete information.  Encode all correct invoice information in the system and do the 3 way matching properly with no major error and no major audit issue. 2.Properly and correctly tag with corresponding issue for reporting in Invoice Hold Management for resolution all invoices with issue and coordinated with buyers, vendors and internal department. 3.Handle internal, external and vendor inquiries. Reconciliation of statement of account and provide status of invoices. 4.Reconciles balance sheet  and reports on time. 5.Freight reconciliation and updates journal entry on time.

 

Skills:

1.Has knowledge in Accounts Payable/Treasury 2.Familiar with Government rulings on withholding tax/VAT. 3.Knowledgeable in SAP and other accounting system.

 

Qualifications:
1.  Graduate of BSBA major in Accounting or any Business Administration courses

2.  Experience in accounts payable and treasury
