We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Associate Actuarial Director, Capital Management and Analytics.

Principal Responsibilities

Compliance with new HKRBC regime: Take the lead in achieving full compliance with the new HKRBC regulatory framework. This includes overseeing the Actuary’s Report of Investigation, HKRBC Pillar 3 disclosure and internal/ external audit assurance reviewsCapital Management: Assist in capital management activities by preparing the RBC capital business plan as well as latest forecasts. Conduct both external and internal stress testings, such as the Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA), and assist in comprehensive reviews of capital appetite levels, capital recovery plans, and ongoing capital monitoringCollaboration: Work closely with relevant teams to facilitate the development of RBC-related regulatory changes and business initiativesGuidance and Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior actuarial team members
